Ready to strengthen your whole body and be more functional in everyday life? We work on muscle tone, strength, balance and endurance. We sculpt the entire body as we let the music drive the workout and combine elements of Functional and Strength Training, Yoga and Pilates. We use light weights and our own body weight for a very effective workout.
